**We cannot be held liable for any package(s) that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date yet is delayed because of weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes or unforeseen events on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.

*** SHIPPING ***

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We ship daily and it will be hard to fix the label once the order has been shipped. We will not take responsibility for shipping the package to the wrong address given.

*** Damaged and/or Defective items ***

Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Ripped or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to differences in computer monitor / tablet / phone screen resolution and color settings, colors may appear different on screen than in person. This is true with any item seen online on any website. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective nor returnable. ALL SALES FINAL.
