*** Damaged and/or Defective items ***
Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Ripped or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to differences in computer monitor / tablet / phone screen resolution and color settings, colors may appear different on screen than in person. This is true with any item seen online on any website. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective nor returnable. ALL SALES FINAL.
